Christopher A. Albright President/ CEO

Our Team

Christopher Albright, President and CEO

Christopher Albright founded DBS in 1998 after a 16-year career in the Washington DC area in the janitorial business. He was a partner and Executive Operations Manager with Service Management, USA before relocating to the Hampton Roads area. Prior to that, he was a commercial property manager. Christopher’s experience as a property manager in the Washington D.C area provides a solid foundation and understanding of the needs of facility managers and building maintenance engineers. He in sense has sat in the customer’s seat, giving him deepened respect for what is expected from a service partner.

Chris’ values have been imprinted throughout the DBS brand and his unwavering commitment to DBS’s customers and employees has been reflected by the exponential growth the company has experienced under his leadership.

Christopher has a Mining Engineering Technologies Degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Craig Hershel, General Manager

Craig Hershel joined his brother Chris Albright in September of 2000. Since Craig joined with DBS, he has been the vital heartbeat of the company’s everyday operations. Craig has seen the company from its infant years through to the premier service management company DBS has become today. Craig’s grasp and skill on customer service, quality control, and people management are second to none. Craig oversees the entirety of DBS’ business portfolio and is responsible for the day-to-day successes of the company.

Craig has a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Administration and Minor in Business Management from Mount Aloysius College in Pennsylvania.

David Hershel, Senior Manager

Dave Hershel has been part of the management team since 2014. Dave came to join his brothers in the family business after enjoying a successful 18-year career in Logistics and Transportation Industry. As DBS has grown, Dave’s managerial experience and vision have helped the business evolve to what it has become today. As Senior Manager, his duties include sales, marketing, accounts payable & receivable and management of his commercial janitorial accounts.

Dave Created DBS’s Banquet Serving division on a suggestion from a customer. Our Banquet Servers have become the best known in the industry. He used the same creative vision when establishing DBS Staffing Services, the companies professional staffing service.

Dave has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management, with Minor in Economics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dave also proudly served in the United States Navy.

Ryan  Settle, Senior Operations Manager 

Ryan Settle joined the DBS family in December of 2000. Ryan has excelled in understanding the science of being an operations manager in the janitorial industry. Ryan’s specialty in floor and carpet care is just part of what makes DBS different than any of its competitors. Ryan manages some of DBS’s high profile buildings and is the head of our newest post-construction cleaning division. Ryan is also involved in gaining new business and engineering of the crews that will service each new account.

Ryan graduated high school from Altoona Area High School located in western Pennsylvania and is a Veteran of the United States Army Reserves. Ryan gained certification in 2008 from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration.
